In house fabrication.Overgaard’s fabrication and assembly division, under the direction of John Bradley (Founder and Director), is a modern European equipped and managed facility located in Subic Bay, Philippines.
Our state of the art production facility is capable of fabricating aluminium and steel profiles and components using a wide range of Elumatec equipment. An area of the factory is designated for window and curtain wall assembly.
State of the Art machinery.In Subic Bay we take advantage of completely developed infrastructure and a westernised labour pool as a result of almost a century of operations by the largest US naval base outside of North America. The free port zone of Subic Bay also offers a modern sea container port, access to an international airport and established material suppliers.
Jet boats.In addition, Overgaard in partnership with SJX Jet Boats Inc. manufactures jet boats for recreational and commercial usage. SJ-X has over twenty-five years of experience in the aluminum boat industry. In 2008, Overgaard was brought on board to assist with the manufacturing of the jet boats for the international market and for retail of the jet boats in Asia.
